Hi there.. I guess you ask in regards to the other question about topping too low? Well, yes and now.. topping always causes harm (because you cut off parts of the plant), however this is done intentionally, and given some time it will recover and grow the way you want it to grow (hence the topping). If you top it down too low, it might take some more time with the recovering, but if you grow a photoperiodic plant and not an auto, you can just simply add some time during veg-phase before you send her into bloom, and it shouldn't be an issue. If it's an auto-flowering, then topping shouldn't be done (in most cases), as the plant will start flowering after a specific time, no matter what, so she might not have had time to properly recover yet. Please be aware, that this does induce stress, and if she's really cut much too low, she might not recover, or have a hard time recovering, but looking at the other pic you posted, they look fine. happy growing! happy growing!
