Worried mom - new leaves looking weird

Leaves looking weird to me... are they supposed to look like this? Is this some pre-flower thing? Please let it be just that.

Something invisible is eating leaves!Something is eating leaves! There are two big holes on the top leaves since yesterday. Also it looks like the sides of new leaves are eaten off. It seems like there are some micro yellow things on the eaten edges, but they are to small for me to see. What could it be?

White spots seedling I did post before last week about some white spots on her and in the end I shrugged it off to be like nothing. I did find a little bug on the leafs and now with her grow it does seem like there might be something to the white spots... Any idea? someone had the same? Thanks!

1 out of 3 doesnt do as well as the others Im just wondering why one out of 3 plants, does not perfectly well while the others seem doing awesome. Can it really differ from a strain that it shows signs of light stress or nutrient burn while other plants seem to do well with it? I added 3 pics, 1st one showing the meh one

I have a cool mist humidifier in my tent, using RO water. Two of my plants that are close to the humidifier have started to get leaves with rust colored spots and yellowing. The left two are fine. Any ideas? The only difference is the mist may have been spraying on the first two.
