Unless you see browning on your leaves and evidence of nute burn I wouldn't worry to much. Cheers and happy growing!

wanted to be clear: after looking at diary... don't keep flushing. just give a normal dose of ferts, assuming it isn't crazy high ppm. ~700ppm from ferts + your tap water is as high as you ever need to go.

They tend to be a bit off near end no matter what... if minor and you have been irrigating with water-only, then i'd say it's probably okay... if canopy is still not fading much, keep irrigating with water-only. still have time left? keep flushing with 10-20% runoff. Looked at diary -- the critical auto? If near harvest, that's perfectly normal. if there are brown spots or necrotic spots, you can avoid that, but the canopy should degrade toward end a bit, but still be functional (color/health) for most part. brown spots toward end are likely Ca or Mg deficiencies. You can't do much for them at end of life. Some garden lime added to soil at beginning can help. if hyrdo, get a better fertilizer because there's no excuse for any hydro fertilizer to lack these elements. slight yellowing at end is normal, though... necrotic spots, crispiness, brown spots can be avoided safely.
