Are you outside ? inside? in a room with people or no people? fly strips can help if your indoors and around people. A Hot Shot No pest strip hung in a grow tent or in a room not occupied by people for more than 4 hours a day works WONDERS!. (when the infestation is gone you can take the strip and put it in a ziploc bag to keep it for any other need..) outdoors? i'm not so sure perhaps a neem oil spray? Hope this helps!
