Its likely to be the Genetics. Maybe the 24/0 lightplan is too stressy. Try 20/4 or 18/6.
But i think its the Genetics

Are you using nutes already? Do you have soil with nutes in it? Also did you poke holes in the bottom of your containers? (I'm assuming they are solo cups?) how much do you water with when you do? I'd only do about a shot glass or two worth on these little girls! Also I noticed your only using a light that pulls around 100w from the wall. I believe you could also move your light down to around 20 inches from what i'm seeing in her stretch. If your soil has no nutes try feeding at a 1/4 solution, if it does and your feeding stop.
