Did u water well the lights were on? Potentially get any on those leaves? Water on the leaves during lights on can cause burning from the grow light being magnified. All areas affected look like potential leaves to get watered/splashed on.

cheers everyone, appreciate all the input already and can't suss if there's a reply option - @spyder7 thanks mate and it could well be. reckon a bit of calmag won't go wasted in my setup regardless while i keep an eye on any progression using the water/light/leaf advice. top chart as well thanks, have bookmarked a heap on leaves but this is primo. @ttrichome yeah always feeding at start of the day and haven't been careful to avoid wetting leaves - reckon even in the photos where there is no spots u can see some residue from feeding. i get what u mean regardless that the lights are def at a decent height and temps are mid-low if anything. i'll avoid and see how we're going @shagrath thanks man! haha jus an overprotective first time dad aye reckon the way forward is to take a lil from all of you. i'll continue on but avoid wetting leaves at future feeds so i can start ruling things out and mark an answer

Looks like a calcium deficiency. See if you recognize any of the other symptoms they list for it: https://www.loudclouds.co/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/marijuana-deficiency-chart-jorge-cervantes.jpg The most common remedy is Cal Mag of some kind. Most brands include iron as well. You can also make it (there are recipes on YouTube but I simply bought Cal Mag).

Hi! I would not worry about those random spots! Seedling sre more fragile to any change inthe environment and they take damge from basically anything. I'd say keep on going like you were and she will grow out of it soon enough! 👌
