Hi! If you have room for them all I'd say keep it of course. Sometimes they take little bit longer to develop but she might just be slow one and she might catch up soon!

Seedling Help Does she look OK? Just breached soil 24 hours ago. Looks a bit down turned to me. Temp has been 81-83°. RH around 70-75% water has been pH'd to about 6.5. light at about 29' and running at about 40%. Ppfd is around 260, DLI about 17-18.
