What you looking for is a Jewelers magnifying glass with 40x zoom minimum.
You can also get a microscope that attach to a computer or a phone you can spend as much as you want obviously but the Jewelers magnifying glass is the cheapest and easiest way to do it.
If you are in lockdown where you live then internet is probably your best choice.
