Hope you all had a great weekend!!! ๐Ÿ™ On the 28th I topped both Blue Amnesia Haze's for the second time. The day after I gave all 4 plants a top dress with Mega Worm (two handfuls per pot) and watered with some black strap molasses added to the water. Both the Blue Amnesia Hazes are staying a bit shorter and bushier than the regular Amnesia Haze plants. Because of that I started training only the Amnesia Hazes at first on the 2nd of March by tying down the topped tops which where the highest point of the plant. The Blue Amnesia Haze's followed on the 3rd. The lower growth caught up supernicely over the next couple of days. I gave them a spraying with Vita Race (3ml/L) on the 4th of March. On the 5th I decided to further LST all 4 plants and also started training the lower branches further outwards. I'm currently running the lights on 75% at 130 cm away. Because the light is such a close fit in a 4x4 I can't lower it enough for 50% power to work at the moment due to a power outlet being on one of the cornerrs attached to the tent pole. Next week I will probably rearrange my power outlet setup so I can lower the lights a bit and set them back to 50% while keeping it at the same PPFD for now (roughtly 450 at the canopy level) In the next couple of days I will also go for the final transplant to 19L fabric pots. After that we defoliate and install the SCROG net to start filling up the tent. Super excited to see how this is going to come together in the next two weeks! Thanks for checking my diary, see you next week!! Happy growing!

Grow Questions

On the 4th of March during lights ON I sprayed my plants with distilled water with Vita Race (3ml/L). I noticed that after it dried up there are some weird spots on the leaves that were left behind (see picture). Any idea if that can lead to problems later?๐Ÿ˜…

foliar sprays do more for human psyches than actually aid the plant in any way... if you need foliar sprays tosupplement fertilization, that means your fertilization is off. it's a tool for specific problems, yes, but to use in general invites more risk than benefits. now, something like a neem application to preemptively avoid a problem is a different thing. You shouldn't need vitamins or other stuff in a general foliar spray... it should get all it needs at far as nutrients from the roots, preferably.

My leaves on one plant are doing this weird thing where some parts are yellow'ish. It looks like a mutation. She is getting the same nutes as the other 3 plants in the garden and they aren't doing this. I've never seen this before so I'm not sure what I'm looking at?

It's most likely a pigment mutation but your ppm is a little on the aggressive end. Although the other plants are fine doesn't mean this pheno is going to respond the same way to the same growing conditions. I recommend just lowering your feed about 100 ppm to see if anything changes. This should give you a good idea if it's a mutation or an excess of nutrients. Hope this helps

My leaves are getting some purple'ish hues at the tips and some of the leaves are getting a bit of a more limegreen'ish color. Is this a deficiency/toxicity or just normal aging patterns of the plant?

The autumn colors are from cooler temperatures at night and/or genetics. Looks liek thy are also paling from tip-in .. if this is also progressing up the plant, it's needing more nitrogen. unlike what often gets repeated ad nauseum, a flowering plant most definitely needs nitrogen at nearly the same levels as in vege phase. if you want your plant to turn yellow, stick to teh culturally-constructed nonsense that's never once been supported with evidence :P

Looking good! And the humidity shouldn't be a big problem at this stage, as long as you have good airflow! We're excited to see em flower ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Thats a bit sad with the nanners and a few seeds did u have any light leaks in your tent or room ? โœŒ๏ธ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’จ

@FacelessGardens, I think the growtent had a bit of light leakage at one of the intake vents. In my opinion they could have designed that a bit better but I'll MacGyver my way out of it for next grow
