can't see full thing? but, it's almost certainly past any remnant of vegetative growth, i think.
density will impace the guess... 5 colas? maybe 2 oz? i think you were a little extreme on the lollipopping for this size of a plant. you have a lot less time with an autoflower, so the lower growth actually is 'near the top' for the most part. it's a good thing to learn. i butchered the hell out of my last plant in bloom box far worse than what i say here, lol... not too proud to admit it.
try to work backward when shaping the plant... if oyu keep those 2 lowest branches, get them taller than others erarly on, let them fill middle, because they will always be slower at end. other colas will more immediately be able to grow vertically above that with a minimal training out from apical meristem.
i often tie those in opposite way i bend the plant down. by getting them dominant early, their vascular tissue will be sufficient later to provide good nutes for good colas. other stil will catch up, but if these remain dominant late, you simply temporarily bend them down 1 or 2 times a day and it wil even out.
but, try to work backward fro mwhat you see now.. what needs help earlier? manipulate it to that end.. the planat wil react in a predictable way to the things we do... know your tools, and you can get that upto 100-200grams on an autoflower (depends on size.. some are small and nothign you can do)
after that it's just guessing when to let the top grow vertically so it catches up
