Remove the domes, seedling do not need hyper humidity!
These seedlings need more/better light than the one in the picture, that is why the Mimosa plant is so stretched.
Seedlings need air exchange to develop properly and air movement to strengthen the stems.
You can leave them in those small pots for another few days, but not much longer than that.
You can also plant the Mimosa deeper, about half way up the stem should be fine.

I really don't get Y ppl use domes
You need airflow passing through the stems etc.
You can keep a high RH by leaving a wet towel in your tent and make it so your exhaust fan turns on 15m or so every hr. (You don't need nor recommend to restrict airflow over seedlings. Clones yes. But not with seeds imo.

Could Stem flat on soil infectBecause of the LST i did in the beginning some plants have the first 4 cm of the stem flat on the soil. This has me worried that this could infect so i am constantly trying to create a gap underneath the stem. This is getting harder though, should i worry about htis?
