seedling with no leafs

hi guys, sorry about my bad english.
i have a northen light fem with 13 days now, the plant never showed up true leafs, only cotiledons and this appear to be growing, but no leafs whatsoever.
is this a genetic problem or is there anything i can do about it?

This doesn't sound right.. But Pictures say a thousand words and it's really hard to guess if you can't see what it is you are talking about.
