Will a rooted clone with adequate foliage, but pruned terminal and auxiliary shoots ever grow?I took a cutting in late flower and removed all flowering growth, and as a result seemingly pruned all terminal and auxiliary shoots. it has enough vegetation, and has rooted. is it bad that i topped her ?topped my autoflower diesel at the 4th node and a few days later i see she is growing white pistils there and also on the secondary lower branches already white pistils .
should i have not topped her ? did i do it too late ? will she grow bigger or remain small ?need some advice

Stem NecrosisSo about 2 weeks ago (should have posted about it sooner I know) I noticed some stem rot on my plant. I didn’t know it could be the first sign of something much worse. Can anybody help me identify what the problem might be? Or any steps I can take to save my plant?
