One of the cotiledons broke off and the other one could have been damaged. Will She survive? If yes is it worth because I think She will be so stunted she won't grow as much.

on of mine had 1 1/3rd leaves it survived don't recall if it was slower than the others I would suspect once it has leaves it'll catch up. This is my first grow though gl
