Yellow spots and singed edges

I’m using a 600w digital ballast and I’ve only had it on 250w but I upped it to 400w then 600w for about 18 hours but I’ve put it back to 250w after noticing these yellow spots and burnt edges :( I think it could be heat stress but from what I’ve been reading and seeing it doesn’

Sooo.. I think I’ve got to the bottom of what has happend.. thanks every one who’s replied. So basically she’s been given a dose of canna pk13/14 which is a flowering neut 😂 only realised when I’ve went to make up the neuts that the bottle had been opened only assuming she’s had some in veg what a muppet I am. I am only learning tho so bare with me I feel so stupid :(

Nothing to do with your light. That's just slight lack of nutrients. Either nitrogen or calcium or both. 🌱👍

Did you recently up it's feeding? The yellow spots are likely calcium being locked out of the roots from being too wet or too clogged with nutrients. Hope this helps.. Happy Growing..

how close was it? find a safe distance that gives optimal footprint -- want some bounce off reflcective walls to get them blanketed all over, but the canopy is your focus of course (or future canopy). Then, adjust power. in bloom you'll want safe distance for full power, but in vegetative phase you can save money and wear-n-tear on equipment. autoflower, you'd treat it like a bloom plant with longer hours rom beginning of vigorous growth. A DLI chart will be needed to determine if you should reduce power or not -- too much never helps. If it was light burn, they'd also exhibit some wilting.. trying to get away from light. if you did not see that under the stronger light, this is something else.
