Keep in mind that your pouring water on dirt so don't worry about "purified", bottled, distilled or reverse osmosis. I use my unfiltered water, from a well, which I Ph adjust to 6.5. The primary minerals in my water are calcium and magnesium in beneficial amounts so I view using Ph'd well water to be an improvement over filtered or RO water that had beneficial minerals removed.

Any tap water that is suitable for human consumption is just fine.
Since you are growing in soil, any pH over 6.0 and under 7.5 will be fine.

I highly recommend being in the correct ph range for your chosen media. If to high or to low it will stop certain nutrients from being used up by the plant.

I would always try ph water if you can it will save you alot of trouble down the line in diagnosing problems you maybe get I use RO water sometimes which makes it easy to add nutrients and get a stable ph though tap water has its benefits too like extra cal mag for your plants its upto you though my friend some people dont ph and have good grows one of the reasons i love this site we all do the best with what we have and theres no shame in that what so ever :) We all start somewhere :) 👊

Definitely pH your water/ invest in a pH meter, you could have an endless amount of problems with out it.
