It can happen without topping too sometimes. I've typed a plant and it came out the tops I topped once and it almost had 5 tops.

Seedling with no leafshi guys, sorry about my bad english.
i have a northen light fem with 13 days now, the plant never showed up true leafs, only cotiledons and this appear to be growing, but no leafs whatsoever.
is this a genetic problem or is there anything i can do about it
