Will this damage my plants?

So, I figured out a solution to my ph prob. So, I refiltered the water twice and it was still hitting 7.8. So I added 3 drops of vinegar to 1l and brought it right down to 6.2. So I figure if I add even less, not enough to damage plants right. It's litteraly 2drops prob and 1ml??

Could Stem flat on soil infectBecause of the LST i did in the beginning some plants have the first 4 cm of the stem flat on the soil. This has me worried that this could infect so i am constantly trying to create a gap underneath the stem. This is getting harder though, should i worry about htis?

When to transplant Autoflower?I know the risk but for experiment and hopes of creating a bigger plant/yield, when can I transplant this 1/2 gal RQS Royal cheese auto into a 3 gal pot if I wanted to try? Adding soil to stems in solo cup? Or wait to transplant?Do people add more soil to stem, or do I wait until I transplant to the parent pot? It's been 1 full week in solo cup.
