Yes she is flowering.. Flowering is defined in Cannabis by expression of pistils. I have a mutant photo plant that started producing pistils at week 3. She grew different and has really weird characteristics. Like for example she appears to be producing Trichomes early as well.

I would say she has entered pre-flower. From here on out pistils should develop more rapidly.

It's really hard to tell.. you'll know when you start seeing the white hairs stack up.. it usually starts around week 2 of flowering..

Trichomes r reading about 90/10, 80/20 cloudy Amber but still white pistols on buds, is this normal? Should I jus go by the trichs?My trichomes r telling me a week or 2 but there is still white hairs popping out, still go by the trichomes? Looks like 40-50% of the hairs are amber and the microscope is showing a lot of cloudy white trichomes.
