Unhealthy or healthy?? 5weeks of veg just coming into flower.

Hello, I see the bit of burnt tips, some leaves cupping very slightly like a canoe, and then the bright green new growth. The burnt tips and cupping could be that the lights are too close or powerful. But the bright new growth i usually associate with iron because it looks like the leaves start out very bright but then grow out to be green. Unfortunately with iron most people have it in there it's just unavailable, so id double check your ph both in going and the runoff ph it may be off or fluctuating and that can cause all of these symptoms.
