What's wrong?? Fading early

First of all, you've got the nutes kind of backwards... the BioGrow should be much less than the BioBloom - switch those amounts. And yes, definitely add a PK booster... something like General Hydroponics KoolBloom liquid (NPK 0-10-10).. the flower stage requires a lot more P and K and it's pretty difficult (but not impossible) to overdose on those two nutrients. I'm also not seeing information in your diary on your pH ... this needs to be between 6.0 and 6.5 in a soil grow and if it's not, that might be preventing your plant from accessing those nutrients that already exist in the nutes you're already giving her (but she still needs more P & K)... can be that she will finish faster because had a long veg, it's a plant I got from a shop and was visibly over veg and in a small pot, don't know if clone or seed, I think this could be related to the fast flowering, early fading, at the same time looking at the buds hair they are not ripe at all, this means that the flowering phase is in the middle kinda, I don't know.. I will keep fertilize, on a low dosage for another month, we'll see. for my little experience the buds are good looking and slowly fattening, no signs of ripe pistils either

Depending on the amount of weeks for flower this might be just fine, plants will naturally fade out and go yellow, orange and other colors while it depletes the nutrients from it's leaves and uses up that last bit...If you have 4 or 5 weeks left to flower this will start to slowly take place until they're complete yellow and some might even start to fall off...

Hi there To me they look hungry.. what PH are you maintaining i can’t see anything on your diary? I would up the bloom and top max to 4ml per litre and possibly add a PK booster week after Best of luck 🌱

so should I fertilize with npk ?

Nitrogen starvation from stopping grow nutrients too early/starting bloom nutrients too early.
