Anthocyanins (Red/Blue/Purple) or carotenoids (Red/Yellow/Orange/Pink) both take temp/genetics but i believe carotenoids also take acidic pH <6. Dont think this strain is "supposed" to change color tho but it would show up at the end like KrautFabrik says if you have acidic pH

Not normal but nice to watch , if it's not normal then you should worry about it. It makes me think of a molybdenum deficiency but generally it's a trace element you can find in many nutrients , I recommend you to check your nutrients to know which one contain some molybdenum 😊
