How often is it ok to Defoliate?

Hi there! My opinion on defo is that when the plant is in veg you can do it whenever I think that it is always best to do one big defo and wait it to recover bofe doing another. Some people like to pluck leaf or two or three at a day, everyday, but I think this is not so good practice when it comes to terms of defo. When you are close to flowering I'd say that if your girls are healthy then maybe week before flowering defoliate/lollipop some and just at the day of flipping defo the rest if you feel like it. Then Last part of defo should be done during weeks 2-3 of flowering and after that the plants wont grow new leafs that much anymore

In veg as often as possible 😂 in flower IMO usually 1-3 weeks into flower after that just any big fan leaves blocking any bus sites . Good luck to you ✌️🏾
