Looking at other diaries, these seem to be going so slow. Not sure if it's not enough water, light, or ventilation being under the house

They do look just a little smaller than usual for 3 weeks, but if you keep it warm, moist, and a moderate amount of light they should be fine. You can water a 1/2 liter in a circle around the plant to avoid over watering. For the light as long as you keep it a good distance away it should be fine.👍

For this size plant about 4000 lux is about all they really need.
