With cannabis plants that have light burn, your leaves can sometimes become yellow or red/purple, possibly with brown spotting, often with burnt tips/edges and margins that stay green. Other problems, like nutrient problems, can trigger or make the symptoms of light burn a lot worse. Leaves may also appear generally burnt in places when there’s too much light, especially when combined with heat or nutrient problems.

purple leaves can be cooler temperature related -- which is causing issues with nutrients internally. It can also be a sign of over fertilization. As far as time to chop, depends on the trichomes. Get the 60x maginification out and look for a certain % being amber (google for wide variety of opinions on when is 'best', most agree it's a window and you'll have to apply some personal preference through trial and error). At the least, the information you glean gets you in the ballpark, and you fine-tune it to your preference. if you are in flush, expect detorioration of canopy to continue. If you flush, you want to make sure it is timed well so that it powers your buds development or you hurt yield. IMO, i'd say you have 2-3 weeks with an auto. You probably shouldnt be in flush, yet. Up the N portion a small portion to prevent yellowing too early.

If you are flushing your plant then that is normal, but if you are not flushing then you have a molybdenum deficiency, The initial symptoms may appear similar to a nitrogen deficiency (yellowing of older, lower leaves). Leaves may become mottled or spotted. However, the tell-tale sign of a molybdenum deficiency is the leaves may start to display a unique orange, red or pink color around the edges which will start to move toward the center of the leaf. Sometimes the color appears in the middle of the leaves as opposed to the edges.hope that helps you out .
