purple leaves can be cooler temperature related -- which is causing issues with nutrients internally.
It can also be a sign of over fertilization.
As far as time to chop, depends on the trichomes. Get the 60x maginification out and look for a certain % being amber (google for wide variety of opinions on when is 'best', most agree it's a window and you'll have to apply some personal preference through trial and error). At the least, the information you glean gets you in the ballpark, and you fine-tune it to your preference.
if you are in flush, expect detorioration of canopy to continue. If you flush, you want to make sure it is timed well so that it powers your buds development or you hurt yield.
IMO, i'd say you have 2-3 weeks with an auto. You probably shouldnt be in flush, yet. Up the N portion a small portion to prevent yellowing too early.
