At this early stage, I would not be concerned with the colours, quite often seedlings will have varied shades of purple and is not necessarily a defect or any type of deficiency or nutrient excess. She is only a few days old and still figuring out what life is all about, so give her a chance to get established before deciding that there may be something "wrong" with her. Each and every seed, even of the same strain, is a unique, organic living being and even though her relations have never shown purple traits, maybe they were the odd ones and this one is actually what she should look like? And as Darktide mentioned, she does have Mendo Purps/Grandaddy Purps in her genetic make up, so I personally would be expecting to see some purple tonalities in some phenotypes of this plant.
For a wonderful resource of genetics of nearly every strain known to man, try the " en.seedfinder.eu " website for more details of the genetics of this or any other plant that might interest you. The site can be a bit difficult to negotiate, but with a little bit of "click on this and see what happens" anyone should be able to navigate soon enough, through to what they are looking for. In the top left corner, click on "search and find", the screen will refresh and a box will pop up with "white widow" in it. Click in this box and enter the strain you are looking for and the "white widow" words will disappear. I say this, as it is impossible to delete the words "white widow" before entering your strain. It is also a wonderful resource for finding which shops have seeds in stock and at what price. Also grower pictures, grower opinions, history of strains, including clone only strains etc etc etc and is a good way to lose hours out of your day!
Hope this helps,.... Organoman.
and no, I do not work for or receive any rewards for mentioning the en.seedfinder.eu website! Just sharing! ;)
