I have a grow box, that I use a giant 1 gallon water jug, I use for surgar/yeast solution. It lasts for almost 3 weeks with bubbling at every 3 seconds, and air tube is tied to back of elevated fan. Only drawback is, that the CO2 is just bubbling through the tube, when the fan is not turning. I have no idea what the ppm is inside the box. I use the co2 mainly because my box is always around 85F in the summer.

Hi! I have an CO2 tank with solenoid and controller. The output of the tank goes to a fan in the tent and when and controller opens and closes the valve when needed. With baking soda it's hard to how much CO2 you have at any given time if you don't have any meters. I read/calculated from one document that to produce 10kg CO2 (Size of my tank) with baking soda and vinegar, you would need 19kg of baking soda so the bottle is best option if you are thinking of doing this any longer
