unless you keep re-potting or use huge pots, the tank runs out eventually (nutrients).
i'd read the plant and react as you likely typically do. always safer to wait for a hint of fade at bottom. then start slowly and work your way up to whatever normal strength is for your products and context.
if plant never shows signs of deficiency and grows vigorously.. no need. impossible to put a clock to it in our contexts. you've got a blemish or two, bt i have no idea what they are, for example, and difficult to know what is in soil to start. always a little trial and error as you go.
