Thanks for the info. Im actually not using soil just yet, for about a month they will be in rockwool cubes so hence why i want to use root enhancers as quick and safely as possible, i will be using a light compost tea if they show signs that they need anything, the soil is taken from the area i will grow them at and i will be adding amendmants to it, but for now mineral water will do for the seedling phase but really am just curious about how quick i can start applying root enhancers?

If your growing in amended soil then there should be plenty of nutes for them already. If you add some then keep it down around the 150 ppm range Cheers

Thoughts on providing enough nutrients in the soil for the plant to uptake as needed; rather than feeding while watering? According to Ed Rosenthal if you start with a rich enough medium, you don't have to feed. This is my current method, as I am still a noob. Gracias friends.Week 7

feeding great on a really low EC at 0.8, but i see other grows at pushing 1.5 at the same week. im flooding (Oxygen Pot w/ hydroton) every 4 hours, which feels pretty often. are the amount of floods proportionate to the EC? ex. if i flood less then my ec should be set higher?5 years ago

I'm already seeing yellowing and on the largest plant, #3. Is that due to growth or am I over watering? Approximately 2 gallons in the wick bucket every few days when it starts to feel dry, but I generally spray the top with water on a daily basis, not more than a 1/4 - 1/2 cup.
