I think she's revegging and must've been for awhile by the looks of it.
I think you are not giving them that 12hrs of complete darkness 'cos this is happening or you gave them too much of shock so she started to reveg.

Sources of Coco Coir and other supplies are drying up due to shutdown of shipping from Asia.Already getting hard to find decent Coco for any normal price. Have 8 cu ft myself will be getting more if I can. This could be rough for coco growers.
