Friends! Help me figure it out! my pH drops every 12 hours from 6.2 to 5.0! I don't understand what's going on! Canna Aqua + cal-mag + RHIZOTONIC + CANNAZYM fertilizers I don't understand why the pH drops every day for 2 weeks!

Friends, I have found a solution to my problem!! If when using CANNA Aqua Vega's pH drops significantly during the 12-hour cycle, and the use of CANNA Aqua Flores is recommended (it is less acidic; it is important to note that the plant now receives the best nutrients for flowering) it is very sad that there is no feedback from the manufacturer canna! I have been writing to all their contacts for the second week and no one answers((

Not familiar with that nute line personally, but it's common to get swings in pH after adding fresh solution. My ph would spike up after getting oxygenated and I would have to pull it down a bit, though then it should stabilize until the plants start drinking. I would look at whatever product you use to control pH. Some products are more stable than others in holding ph. For instance in organic grows lemon juice is sometimes used as pH down but looses effectiveness within a couple days just sitting in solution. Also never use both pH up and down in the same solution. Will cause nothing but problems.

Consider a better nute lineup. General Hydroponics and Advanced Nutrients balance out pH pretty well. If: pH is dropping EC is staying the about the same Water level is dropping Then: If you are under 1.0 EC, raise nutrients. If you are above 1.4 EC, lower nutrients.

This is quite normal for hydroponics, that's why they sell trip meters that can also control your ph. Ifmyou can't afford that then you just need to keep adjusting. I found using DNF nutes, that ph seemed to stay more steady in the rez. Cheers

Hello mate, thats a strange one for sure. I can think of a few reasons If you're using an air pump and stone in the water, the air going through could be acidic and changing the PH I've seen a couple of statements that the ions in tap water (if thats what you're using) can bind to other ions and lower or raise the ph The combination of your nutrients are causing the fall, too much of something bring it down. I could be completely wrong but you have some food for thought on the subject...Good luck

Just a theory . But could it be because the plant is taking up the base nutes. Which will change the pH . I could be completely wrong though never done hydro before.
