Problems with leaves

My friends autoflower is having some problems with the leaves. He isn't using nutrients yet. She's on week 2 and is having this curled/dry leaves from yesterday.
What could be the problem?

Seedling issuesThis is my 2 week old seedling that survived dehydration/heat (got up to 90F) that killed the other off. I gave it water and it recovered unlike the other. It remained super light green, so I gave it like 1/32 teaspoon of soluables. Now tips are browning. What should I do now?

Deficiency or lockoutIs this a simple N deficiency or a lockout? I gave her more N last feeding but nothing seems to have changed. still stunted and still bottom yellow leaves. Anyone know what this could be?Light: MH TS600 (32"); Premixed soil; Watered with unfiltered tap water (PH: ~6.2); 1 feeding of a miniscule amount of CalMag and Micro (AN), otherwise no ferts added.
Multiple attempts to grow; Seedlings always started showing this kind of burning and were stunded shortly after.

My black sugar still has issues, lower leaves tips keep turning yellow/brown and then curling up. I suspect the soil mix has too much salts/nutes in it.
Only watering with a teaspoon silicon and callmag added.
Should I replant in Coco or just keep flushing it?Week 6
