Problems with leaves

My friends autoflower is having some problems with the leaves. He isn't using nutrients yet. She's on week 2 and is having this curled/dry leaves from yesterday.
What could be the problem?

Leaves drying crispy from edgesTips of Leaves Drying up. As the new leaves keep popping up very healthy, the older leaves seem to be drying up from the tips giving them a very crispy feeling and dying slowly.
The leaves are not curling up too much nor the leaves closest to light show more issue.

Brown spot and crispy endsDear Growmies,
My leaves, mostly the top fan leaves haves started to get brown and yellow spots. And even turn crispy to the point I can snap of the tips.
I already increased Calmag from 0,5ML/Liter tot 0,75ml.
I have been watering between Ph of 6,2 and 6,2.

Lack of water or its something else.Did it burn from nutrients, or was it due to a lack of phosphorus, or just because it didn't have water?. It seems to me that it is due to a lack of water, but a lack of phosphorus also occurs in a similar way.😄Leaves. Tips - Die

Leaves are curling and fading which I have seen in other grows for this strain.
Do you know what might be causing this and how best to remediate?
Humidity has been high recently ie above 60% for large periods

Wrong pH for three weeksI realized I was feeding my plant tap water with a pH of 8-8,5 for a good three weeks. I just flushed my autoflowers, three times the amount of soil with water corrected to 6-6.5. Will that solve this issue I was having (nutes lockout I think)? I keep loosing leaves to some sort of nasty necrosis. It affects leaves at all levels, small and big randomly. I had to remove a lot of dying foliageAt first it looks like a asymmetrical spot of leaf starting to thin out to lighter color then tissue dries and turn black. Should I cut the dried leaves at the bottom?Should I remove the dried leaf in the bottom? I was thinking that it might redirect unnecessary energy to the plant since the leaf might be too far gone to save.
