Diagnosis and treatment: Possible mould?

Greetings everyone 🙏 just some advice please... I cleared some of the fan leaves as she was getting way too bushy and the humidity hasn’t been the best with the rainfall. I noticed a residue in the stalk but not on upper part of the branches and leaves. Is this mould?

Thanks @majorcoma, I will keep a close eye and give some feedback if there are any changes going forward... it seems like skin because it does not rub off on my fingers and also doesn’t have the sour smell of mould 👍👍 al

Trocknen How do you dry it? Is it enough to cut it at the bottom of the stem and hang it upside down for 14 days? Do you cut the leaves off before or after drying? Lg thanks men have a good one 😁
