The only doable combination would be a 3x3 tent using the TS2000, which uses 300 watts, putting you at 33 watts per sq ft, which is enough for flower. In that space you would have 9q ft. How many plant depends on your style of growing. Using SOG you can try for 36 plants with very little to no veg time; with the usual 4 weeks of veg, you could grow 9 plants (1 per sq ft), if you increase the veg time to 6 weeks, then you could fill the space with half that many plants.
