I use zip ties and they don't cut into the plants, so your plants should be just fine. Just keep an eye on it if you're worried and see how it goes this run. If you don't like how they work, try something else.

Wise to use fat soft green wires, the fatter - better.

No, those won't interfere at all! That's exactly how I have done my LST. They are soft and flexible and work really well! Nice job!

Cola growing again after to much light while flowering?In the last 2 weeks of flowering this plant seems to have started to grow at the top of the cola again. Lefft the lights on 5 hours too long 1 night. Also needed to do some maintenance etc in the same week. Maybe to much light (DLI) and starterd growing again for short while?
