Unfortunately, to harvest mature, viable seeds, you often have to sacrifice the buds holding the seeds.
Seeds need to be at least brownish to be better than 50% viable, so going on this, you still need 2-3 weeks of seed maturation to go, by which time your buds will be over ripe.
The question then becomes, "do I sacrifice my prime buds in order to harvest a few seeds of questionable parentage that may or may not produce reasonable plants once cultivated?"
If you are after seeds that will be close to 100% viable, you will need to leave them for the longest possible time, that is, until they get properly shiny brown (light brown at a minimum, but always shiny), which they will do if left long enough.
Seeds take between 4 and 7 weeks from when pollinated until becoming mature and what I call "confidently viable".
These comments are based on 30+ years of selective home breeding and collecting tens of thousands of seeds in that time.
