Could be it but i researched enuogh to know that this CoB LED light had the correct wavelengths and intensity suitable for my grow area without heating it too much.

I Did not Know how to upload photos so i am attaching a drive link here for your perusal: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1LSIB-s4nkjYvH4z8Ux8O86bw1yOhnAr8/view?usp=sharing, https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Q9gRT37xmxVGGT4eM5QOJkk8cHFInOKJ/view?usp=sharing So im running 3 X 50 true watts full spectrum LED lights with an exhaust fan(4"dia) on top and a fresh air fan(6"dia) on the side. The cabinet is lined with mylar. Also there is a home made CO2 generator and a humidifer that maintains the humidity. The plant in the picture is Big Kush(Fem) sprouted on 8th June and has been growing very slowly since then(almost 3 weeks. i am using a mix of 50% potting soil +20% vermi compost + 20% coco + 10% perlite Light cycle is 18/6. Just wanted an experience grower to give me an insight on how things are faring out till now. I feel the plant is growing very slow. i got the seeds from a friend who had them stored for over a year before he gave them to me. If any more information required please let me know.

Send a picture of your grow set up with your question to make it easier to help you with your problem. It could be light water air a infection or even genetics at this point we don't have enough details to give you a educated guess a pic will help get a close up of the plant too
