Insect eating leaves?

Might the baby have been eaten by this insect? and what is this?? The baby Blue Dream is having a hard time growing since I planted it and I didn't realize why. It's the 17th day today and it's really small.

Yes, she is younger, but in relation to her age she seems to be developing much more slowly.

Slow growth-Any ideas Hi, 2 Blue Dream+1 Bruce Banner, same day germinated, sprouted, same Light Mix BioBizz soil, same conditions. What to do with a plant with no leaves, just buds...?Sherbet, aka Miss Crispy now has zero fan leaves. Water uptake has almost completely stopped. Still worth trying to feed, or just water a little and let the clock run down? Not sure if transpiration takes place through the buds. Suggestions by way of experience would be awesome
