Younger plants showing pistils before older plant

I have 4 Barneyās farm purple punch autos. 1 is about 28 days old. 2 are 21 days old and 1 is 15 days old. The ones thatās are 21 days old started showing pistils and my 28 day old hasnāt started showing any pistils. Is that a problem?

Hello.. Hope you are well.. No that shudnt b a problem if ur in pots.. Just tailor each plants needs with any nutrients ur giving them.. Stay safe n gud luck with them.. šš

Post-mortem :( was a PH problem?3 weeks of not growing -> Autopsy: Stem is violet, roots I believe they look healthy (no rotting, maybe im wrong?), and leaves are droopy and lime green. Stunted auto seedlings?Anyone here have experience growing an auto thatās been severely stunted?
I direct sowed into a rich soil and have had very little growth in the last 3 weeks.
Will a stunted auto start flowering once it reaches a certain height? Or will I have 5 inch tall dwarf plants?
