Younger plants showing pistils before older plant

I have 4 Barneyâs farm purple punch autos. 1 is about 28 days old. 2 are 21 days old and 1 is 15 days old. The ones thatâs are 21 days old started showing pistils and my 28 day old hasnât started showing any pistils. Is that a problem?

Possible Over Watering. Can I get an experts look?My plants leaves are looking droopy and condensed. I am worried that I may be watering them too much. I've been using spring water at pH 6.5 because my taps reading 8.3. Should I purchase a pH up/down? Also I'm growing in soil & heard pHing is not necessary just let tap water sit for 48hrs?

Which NPK Ratio for autoflowers?what npk ratio is good? if i only use the ph perfect micro,grow and bloom it will give a ratio of 4-3-8.
if i add B52,Big Bud,Nirvana and overdrive i get a ratio of 7-10-20..

When to harvest?Beginner question:
Would you say this is ready to harvest soon or should I wait some more? Leaves turning autumn colors, 3/4 of pistils turned orange.
Trichomes look rather clear, but some on the head bud are amber already.
RQS says 8-9 weeks. Starting week 9 soon.2y ago
