Leaf have weird white spot

Wow...it looks a lot like the damage from a hopper. Any chance you're letting it get some outside sunshine here and there to where a bug could've hopped on and then hopped away without your noticing it? You could try using dr Bonner's soap mixed with water and spray the leaves and soil...that's a very good general stay away killer that's natural and won't hurt the plant.

Looks like a bug sucking the juice out of your leaves from the under sides of the leaf. Dawn soap and water and spray. Repeat when or if necessary. Cheers

I think those are leafhopper eating leafs, you don't seem to have a lot, I wouln't do anything, but if u had a lot the main problem can be fungus developping where they make leaf damages
