You need to get a cheap little microscope I got one on Amazon for 12 bucks so you can look at your plants beautiful little trichomes .They will tell you when the plant is ready . Just don't rush it you took all the time to grow it take your time as it flowers.

Hello mate usually the best way to tell when to harvest is by the trichomes get yourself a jewellers loop i have found the best time to harvest is when 80 precent of trichomes are cloud and 20 percent are amber. How many weeks does the breeder recommend if it was a 8-9 week strain i would start checking my trichomes around week 7 to decide when i will begin my flush.

The 8th week should be a flush week, the plant is given only water with the right pH, and you can also add a flushing solution like Flora Kleen. For the last 48 hours, don't give it any light, then harvest right away!
