Looks like you have some bud rot, could be due to excess moisture in the buds or high humidity and lack of air flow. Cut them out and try to save the rest, nothing you can do to save them. If left unchecked it will take over the whole plant / garden. Also try adding a fan for increased air flow.

Hey, buddy! I don't want to alarm you, but this phenomenon is called "black mold." It's very dangerous, and I recommend spraying your plant less or keeping it out of the rain! Humid weather + cooling has led to this! It's very harmful to your health if you decide to dry it and smoke it! You shouldn't do that! Remove those flowers before it spreads to others!!! Put it in a dry place for 5-10 hours, let the plant warm up and its soil dry out, but don't forget about ventilation and air exchange where you're warming it up! 👆 Good luck, buddy! ✊😇
