Enough early flower stretch? Please help

Does she look ok? I always get these short squatty plants with almost no node spacing and my yields end up being way less than they should be. I don't get the stretch I need. I've figured its too much light so now with just 1 light does she look like she should?

She looks fine. By now her stretching is done. I would bump the ph to 6.5 to absorb your increase in phosphorous. I'd also defoliate now to maximize bud swelling.

Your girls are looking ok. Looked over your diary, dont know if you didnt update your ph going in.,says 5.5 should be sitting 6.1 to 6.5 for flower. Cheers friend
