Pest or nutrient deficiency?

Some of the leaves on my plants are beginning to show holes and chunks , I am not sure if it is a pest issue or a nutrient issue…

Look like damage from physical, human direct touching etc. Or probably bugs, but more like a human error for me No need to worry, it won't hurt the plant Cheers Sunny

Ein Nährstoffproblem würde sich mit Sicherheit verteilt auf der ganzen Pflanze zeigen. Nicht so selektiv. Die Stellen, wo jetzt Löcher drin sind - waren die vorher nekrotisch? Wenn einfach über Nacht solche Löcher entstehen, können sie mit Sicherheit davon ausgehen, dass sie physischer Natur sind.

Slimy oily film on leaf Noticed a pool of slimy oily film on the top fan leaf. Pic taken after I touched it and smudged it. Doesn’t have any smell and not sticky. Nothing dropped on it. After wiping it never came back. What could it be?
