High there!
Yeah look like fairly advanced botrytis/bud mold. Dry this place ASAP.
You can try to cut down molded part OR the whole plant. Trying to save the others. Need to crop the non-infected ASAP.
But in my point of view, spore already all over this tent and you want to get mold spores in your lung.
Prevention for your next run. Read about honey bee propolis and aloe vera anti fungic proprieties.
