Lack of orange hairs

I would say just slower to ripen but that's my 2 cents

Pistils dry out for many reasons. maybe the fan was pointed at that spot for to long. Grows looking great don't sweat it.

Magnifying glass and slow down on nitrogen if you haven't done it already is your two things to worry. Those small curly leaves tells me N overexcess , some strains have loads of them, but still.. Now on hair bit, some girls could go 2-3 weeks longer, some are 20% amber and still packs new pistils and fateness bud, it's all very different when you grow from seed. I was forced sometimes to chop early in mass such girls, but sometimes I let them go, usually it's a record breaker :))) All the Best !
