Lol, who knows how toxic it is? The degree you have to worry depends on that. if it's incredibly toxic a small amount could be a concern. To assume these things is not wise. Even so... i wouldn't throw anything out, lol. Looks like a small amount of damage. Exhaust probably does a pretty good job with gas exchange. Maybe, labe the bdus directly above where the smoke would go and give those to people you don't like, lol. You breathe in some amount of carcinogens from smoking flower regardless, so it might be negligible difference.
