I'd give them a little bit more time - around 1-2 weeks. Maybe even 3, depending on what kind of high you are looking for.

Have you ever seen a correlation between smell and taste ?If it has good smell, do you expect a good taste, or do you just expect to what the seedbank says about the taste of the genetic?
