The choice is yours, you can keep growing on your 24/0 schedule, or you can switch it up, it won't affect your plant and it will continue to thrive! It all depends on your preference. But if we consider the energy consumption of the system and the wear on the light source, it's definitely better to let the plant rest and help cool down the lamps periodically to avoid overheating. mate if she has been growing fine on 24 keep her on 24. I keep my autos on 24hrs but throw in a few 5 or 10 min breaks in to keep cool in my small space and I have a silly idea I'm creating clouds in front of the sun like real life......
