I’m here again with another silly question Or not I’m not sure🤣 I have a 600w ballast with a 600&400 switch on it and I’m wanting to downgrade to a 250w lamp. Will my ballast power it okay or will it kill it🤔 or should I get a 400? Thanks!

nah you will need to get the ballast that is switchable from 250w to 600w and you also need the lamp to be dimmable as well for it to work I would just run a 400w bulb with the 400w setting and leave it at that would be plenty of light for your tent and bonus is you can always go higher if you need to

How to manage grow light height with plants of different sizes?My grow light is suspended (offset from plants) about 10” from the canapy of my two LST’ed plants but only about 6” from my control plant (no LST). Everyone seems happy, and I am not noticing any burns or lack of growth (unless too close can stunt?). Should I rethink the setup?

Led on 18/6 grow/flower photoperiod I have the idea to put a led in my second tent for pre growing photoperiod girls, I have some room left over for some autoflowers who also grow & flower on 18/6 light - leds can switch between grow/flower. If I switch the led to flower will that be OK for my photoperiod girls?

Should I switch to 12/12 lighting? - Autoflowers not showing pistils after 5 weeks Growing five plants (germinated Sept 8) including 3 Anvil and 2 BlackStrap autoflower strains from Mandalorian Genetics. The BlackStraps have been showing pistils since about end of week 3. No Anvil plants are showing pistils. Should I switch the lighting schedule to 12/12?
